This is just a friendly email to let you know if you have started service with us we have placed a "fraud alert" on your credit report while we work on your disputes.
We understand the term "fraud alert" can be scary, however, this is there to actually protect you from fraud happening. We want to protect your credit as if it were our own! This is essentially what a company like "Lifelock" would do for you. If anyone tries to use your credit, you will get a phone call to verify that it is you indeed trying to use your credit profile!
